Full-length game, first point, last point, life is good

          A full-field game with eight people!  Perfect! Before the eighth player arrived, I volunteered to be on the team with 3 because my heart was filled with child-like excitement.  I even scored the first point.

overhand frisbee throw and BOX!

   Last night, I played Ultimate for the first time since June.  At one point, I tried an overhand throw. This throw is not unlike a football throw or a baseball pitch.   Amazingly, thrillingly, when I threw the overhand, my success was good, and what’s more, I experienced NO pain!  This had been a throw that I simply could not complete during these months.  At least for now, I am 100% (at least when the limbs on the upper body are concerned).

          My first run of 2016. The great thing is that my back is not sore and my shoulder has no pain.  I did yoga before running, and I even did some pushups without a problem. My body is feeling so good, in fact, that I am seriously considering joining the Ultimate Frisbee game this Wednesday.
