            I did a bit of resting this week.  Resting from running that is.  I was working at another school while taking the boys to school and getting back to the apartment in time to read them a story as they lay in bed.

            The last day of February—a Saturday.  No work on this day so I could run.  My body, however, still had lingering soreness from Wednesday’s Ultimate Frisbee session—still lingering from slamming my hip onto the pavement after flipping over the handlebars of my bike.
