A great run today.  I still haven’t reached the 60 second mark on the final sprint, but I’m getting closer.  I remember back when I was teaching here and I would lower my best time for this sprint almost every day.  At the time, it gave me a great feeling of
accomplishment.  Today, I felt more accomplishment…sure the times are not as good as they were some years ago—or even last year.  But I am considering the huge injury and soreness that I am feeling.  The pain is waning. 


I think I wrote those record times in the journal I was using at the time.  Maybe I’ll find it somewhere.
