I did an
hour-long bike ride today.
Fabulous! I was finding the way
to a friend’s house nearby. I had a
great time using my map and the phone’s GPS, trying not to get lost. I succeeded.
Back at
the apartment house, I decided I’d try a 9 flight sprint. Right from the beginning, everything was
working perfectly. I fe;t my limbs
moving effortlessly with no discomfort. I
thought I had a good chance at a record.
I missed it by .19 hundreths of a second.
