I went to
bed last night after telling someone that I would try to call them between 6
and 7 in the morning. I decided that in
order to be ready to take the stuff out of the house when workers came, I would
have to get up at 5:15.
I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get up then or not, so I didn’t set my alarm. I woke up a couple times—each time thinking that I should set the watch, but didn’t. Finally, I turned over and it was exactly 5:15. I took that as a sign that I should get up and go.

The final
sprint was great. As I began at 5:50,
I’m sure I looked like a maniac to the two runners approaching from the other
way. The woman looked like she was
concerned about my health.
As I ran, I
saw one guy with his back to a bench, leaning down, with his hands on the edge of a bench. He moved his body down and up. It looked interesting, so I tried it—I call
this exercise the reverse arm press. Not exciting, noteworthy, or interesting.
