I’m having problems with my computer, so I haven’t written as much.  Looking at the details above, one can see clearly that I am on a bit of a rollercoaster.  On the 21st and 23rd, I ran no sprints.  Four days later, on the 27th, I achieved my goal of 60 seconds.  This, after pulling a plow up the street earlier in the run (I finished with a time of 1:34.27).

Two days later, on Sunday, I broke my all-time record climbing the 4 flights up to my apartment with a time of 19.66.  These stairs have the configuration that includes 17 steps straight up, then a run to the other side and 17 more steps that are positioned exactly on top of the first flight.  These are different, of course, than steps that involve 9 steps up, then a quick turn around, then 9 steps up going back the other direction—with no long stretch of flat running.  I broke the record on this day because I felt like my feet were getting extra good traction on the flat parts.
Yesterday, the 31st of March, I ran to Mother Teresa Square as usual.  I performed only a paltry sum of pull-ups, however, because of soreness in my right arm.  I don’t want to harm muscles or joints.
