          How exciting!  I am back to breaking records. Ok, so those records were set only by me. And they are not like ‘all-time’ records. They are records for the fastest time since last spring.
The thing is that when I am sprinting now, the legs are truly moving at full range of movement. I even have the feeling that I am pulling the knees up as high as possible and my toes are making only the briefest contact with the ground. Today, my legs are feeling like I really used the muscles last night. Feels great!
