Ran the
same route into town along a bike path, under Merle Hay and then around toward
Dad’s place. Then I ran back to Merle
Hay to Dewey Park to complete the circle.
Body felt very good. I did very
little pausing—only to tie my shoe and wipe my face, and once to stretch (very
necessary).
If a person
compared today’s sprint times to yesterday’s,
they would see that I finished quite a bit faster. A good thing?
I’m not sure. Now, I will have to
run my butt off every time to maintain this level.
People keep
asking me how far I have run. I don’t
know. I’m pretty sure that this
exerciser is going to keep me on pace for the marathon in Moscow this
September.
