Ah, what a wonderful day!  I ran at full speed and broke two records, both running UP Rruga Kavaya and DOWN Rruga Kavaya.  My body is back to full speed.  It’s cyclical.  My knees are troubled for a couple months, and then they come around again.  Now, I’m enjoying full usefulness.

I broke one minute on the long downhill—a goal that I was pretty sure I would achieve at some point.  Going uphill was possibly the more significant record today.  I’m thinking that I may even break a minute on that route.  That would really be an accomplishment.  I’ve had such ideas in the past—that goals were unattainable, but I often surprise myself.  Keeps life interesting.

HOLD ON!!!  I was looking back at some other posts, and noticed that 1:04.44 is NOT a new record.  On 3 October, I achieved 1:03.13.  So, even though I FELT like I was flying up the median, I was not.
