A simply beautiful day today!  A light jacket was necessary for those not running, but life was very good.   I ran around to several different grocery stores to check prices for cat litter.  Found some cheap stuff that should be sufficient.  A man who grew up on a pig farm and lives by himself can put up with a lot of objectionable smells.
Not far from my apartment, I sprinted UP the Middle section of the median on Rruga Kavaya.  I hadn’t done this sprint in awhile and I had no idea what time I should go for.  I was sprinting reasonably hard and finished with a 59.95!  Five one-hundredths of a second under my classic goal of one minute.
When I got to the park after jaunting through traffic a bit and doing pull-ups at several spots; I arrived at my favorite sprint spot.  Up the hill in the park near where I used to live.  There was a car backing out, pulling forward, backing out, pulling forward.  I decided I would just run toward him and hope it all worked out.  He saw me coming and I’m sure he was impressed by the blur of my legs and the steam coming out of my ears.  He waited for me to skim around him, as his wife stepped back out of my way.  At the moment I passed them, I felt like I was really flying.  It was one of those times when no matter what information I have to the contrary, I feel like I'm going to run a sub-10 second 100-meter dash.

The final score of that sprint, 51.02, would probably have been one second faster if not for the car, but still not a record.  Fun? Yes.
