33 degrees

Ran tonight at 22:00 at 33 degrees.  Weather is finally colder.  I wore a long-sleeved t-shirt and another t-shirt.  Sweatpants made of cotton.  I ran quickly and I did 5 1-minute sprints.  I run most of the time very quickly.  Last month, I did the 5k at a pace of 6:40 per mile.  I wonder how long
I could keep that up.
Since it was dark, and since it rained earlier today, I didn’t want to try going into the side streets to find a pull-up bar.  I didn’t want to be running through the water puddles.  I simply did two sets of 11 with no body boosting at the beginning and at the end.  I did some back tracking, running around the metro station, etc.  Didn’t succeed in making it very long.  Only 30 minutes.  My body was quite warm, actually.
The problem with the run today is that I sweat too much.  I had to hang both shirts in the closet so they would dry before I put them with the dirty clothes (so they wouldn't get moldy and smell--I've never actually experienced this unpleasantness, but I imagine it could happen).  I had to take two shirts off hangers because I have a very limited number of hangers.  Luckily, I have plenty of room in the closet.  I also had to drape the sweatpants over the closet door.
My private student called off our lesson tomorrow morning, so I will be able to call the boys at 6:30 Tirana time.  I might wake them.  This morning, we enjoyed a 5-minute call at 7:23—just before they leave the house for school.  Tirana is 2 hours behind Moscow, so when I don’t have a lesson, I can easily call them.
Moscow still hasn't decided if they are going to set their clocks back.  It’s turned into a political hot potato with Putin and Medvedev trading barbs like they weren't on the same team.  If Tirana goes back and Moscow stays ahead, I will be able to call them when I am finished with work in the evening—probably.
