The unexpected can happen at any time

Words 210
The unexpected can strike without warning.  Duh!  As I ran toward Roccosovskovo, I was slipping all over.  I was thinking that I might get the slowest time.  Aswe approached, though, I saw that it was merely wet; the subway line or whatever is underneath, warming the median, had melted the snow.  I pushed every step, my whole body was screaming.  And so was my mouth when I saw that I had achieved a sub-minute result.

When I left the apartment building today, I thought how cold it was, and how much snow was coming down.  I was slipping all over.  With the temperature at 0—and yesterday, it was PLUS 4—I was thinking that the squat machine would be without ice and snow.  The snow had started in earnest only about 10 minutes before starting, and the squats were dicy again.
I woke up with my throat hurting.  On the way back, still in the glory of victory, I bought a few lemons to help.  I paid $2 for four.  I’m not sure of the price in the states, but I think it is less than that.  Somebody who’s reading, please tell me.
The only bad part now is that I might have to make a new goal.  Ugh.
