Went to Dynamic
Meditation again today. It’s a great way
to begin the day.
The other
day, for the first time, I made the escalator in under 50 seconds while
carrying a bag. Maybe I should set an
outlandish goal for that, too. Something
like 40 seconds. Never. We’ll say 45 seconds with a bag, 40 seconds without a bag.
In my ears,
I listened to a story about the new pope.
I am thrilled by his behavior—not wearing the traditional garb, not
living in the mansion that is customary, not judging people’s behavior. Live and let live. I like it.
