These days are days full of
rest. The one day earmarked for rest was
the 18th, a Sunday. On the 20th,
I gingerly ran the uphill ‘sprint’ at the beginning of the run. All throughout these days, I have felt a pull
on my left hamstring that I don’t want to exacerbate. One might notice on the pull-ups that I did
17 and 15 rather than two sets of 15.
This, because my arms are feeling quite energetic and full of life.
The 22nd, today, is the
day after I took a day off and stayed at home because of a cold that took hold
of my body. After tea, sleep, and more
tea, things are going well. I ran
straight to a vegetable market and picked up a pumpkin in preparation for Saturday
when I will try to bake a pie or two.
