I guess the legs
are truly beginning to be normal—or at least as close to normal as they can
get. I started the classic sprint today with the same feelings I remember
having in the good ol’ days. I was forcing the legs to move, there was a small
amount of pain, but nothing terrible.
I could feel my toes whisking across the
broken pavement. It was cool. Today’s result was 99% of a second quicker than
the previous best.
The time of the dam
was so much slower than the quickest that I’m thinking that I may have the
lights poles incorrect.
