My
legs were worse than rubbery today. I could hardly stand up. I leaned heavily on the walls as I stumbled
down. To avoid cramping because of the
legs becoming cool too quickly, I walked back up 3 flights of stairs. I wanted to keep moving until the legs
were feeling fine.

I
achieved a very good time in the end, but as I was running up, I mishit the
steps several times and my legs were weighing 16 tons by the time I
finished. I don’t know how I did
it.
One
set of 11 squats. One more will do it
for me.
