          I’m increasing the number of squats, slowly.  I’m up to the number of pull-ups.  And the pull-ups might be going down. 

          I start tomorrow teaching employees at a bank.  That means that I will be getting up early after teaching very late the night before.  Could be a recipe for trouble.
